Münker Metallprofile GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of steel components for roofs and facades. We produce trapezoidal profiles, cassette profiles, and flashings for modern industrial and commercial construction. Our clients include steel and hall construction companies, roofers, agricultural businesses, and private customers.
To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for a committed Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the Belgian market (Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels).
From your home office, you will support and develop our customer base in Belgium and maintain close contact with installers, roofing companies, distributors, and construction professionals. Together with our inside sales team and sales management, you will develop a systematic market development strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and further development of an existing customer base in Belgium
- Acquisition of new customers through regular on-site visits
- Follow-up on quotations and market observation
- Strategic expansion of our business activities in the region
Your Profile
- Sales experience with technical products, ideally trapezoidal sheets, sandwich panels, cassette profiles, and flashings
- A structured and customer-focused approach to work
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel within Belgium (approx. 75%)
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus
