Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an Exchange Expert in Netcompany?
As an Exchange Expert you will:
- Manage daily operations of On-Prem/Hybrid Exchange infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary SME and technical authority for MS Exchange.
- Drive service improvements and achieve project objectives.
- Maintain documentation, support procedures, and upgrade cycles.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor Exchange services, leveraging automation where possible.
- Apply your expertise in MS Exchange and Microsoft 365 design, implementation, and administration.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for this role:
- University degree or 5+ years of experience in complex IT environments.
- Atleast 5 years of experience with Microsoft Exchange (2010/2013/2016/2019/Online).
- Expertise in Exchange administration, configuration, and migrations (on-prem to cloud).
- Experience with large-scale Exchange and multi-tenant Active Directory deployments.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of networking, including load balancing and firewalls.
- Proven ability to support mission-critical systems 24/7.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1) & French would be a plus.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) are a plus.
- Additional assets: SQL, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Proofpoint, Splunk, Active Directory design.
