Job Summary

UPI Europe BV is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented European Account Manager to oversee and grow our Ultra PRO business with distributors and retail partners across Europe. This role requires a balance of strategic relationship management, order execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, organizational discipline, and a deep understanding of the tabletop gaming and collectibles industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

● Maintain ongoing communication with all European hobby and retail distributors to support business growth.

● Solicit sales, monitor local market trends, and identify marketing or brand-building opportunities.

● Process incoming sales orders, allocate inventory, and schedule shipments within 2 business days of receipt.

● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

● Issue Credit Memos within 48 hours of notification from the distributor.

● Coordinate sales efforts to support inventory from incoming containers and help drive timely product sell-through.

● Recommend appropriate product additions for future container shipments.

Additional Responsibilities

● Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Ultra PRO product lines and be able to present, explain, and promote products effectively.

● Utilize Ultra PRO’s B2B online platforms and provide support to distributors in navigating them.

● Operate efficiently within the company’s ERP system, ticketing system, and other internal tools to manage daily workflows.

● Organize and maintain account files including customer profiles, sales orders, and invoicing records.

● Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

● Attend trade shows, distributor meetings, partner site visits, and internal/international team meetings as needed.

● Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

● Promote company policies and participate in required company-wide programs as directed.

● Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Education/Experience Requisites

● 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business administration, preferably in the consumer goods or gaming industry.

● Strong communication skills, including fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages a plus.

● Demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency with sales data and forecasting.

● Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.

● Familiarity with the trading card, tabletop gaming, or collectibles market strongly preferred.

● Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

● Excellent communication and interaction skills both written and verbal.

● Self-motivated team player with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
