Key Accountabilities
- Analyze existing processes.
- Manage organizational changes due to implementation.
- Protect and enforce the application template.
- Facilitate old-to-new system data migration.
- Ensure compliance with common rules and template processes.
- Provide innovative insights and initiate development proposals.
- Implement local application localizations.
- Transfer necessary knowledge to Key users.
- Assist in system testing and documentation.
- Implement necessary reporting and system authorizations.
- Coach junior Domain Specialists. Manage medium-sized to large projects.
- Perform SAP 3rd line support. Write functional specifications for new Change Requests.
- Identify improvement areas.
- Build key user communities and share best practices.
- Organize post-implementation reviews and training sessions. Implement additional functionalities.
Who are we looking for?
- You have 3 years of experience in SAP implementation
- In depth knowledge in the SAP QM and PLM domain
- SAP S/4 Hana knowledge is a plus
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of integration between SAP and external applications and between SAP modules (i.e. SAP MM, PE, WM,…) within the specific functional domain
- Several years of experience in multiple proven project life cycles
- Willingness to travel: 10%
- Interest in non SAP and SAP satellite applications (Odoo ERP, RPA, …) in the Quality and PLM domain
- Team spirit and teamwork - Initiative
- Good communication and training skills
- Flexible and stress resistant
- Broad view and spirit of synthesis Open mindset with emphasis on knowledge sharing
