The Opportunity
We are looking for an Employee Education Coordinator to join our Electrophysiology (EP) team based in Zaventem. In this role, you will support the organization and execution of internal training programs across the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and trainers.
What You’ll Do
1. Training & Event Coordination
Organize logistics for internal EP training events: hotels, venues, transport, meals, course materials, etc.
Serve as the key contact for employees and trainers across EMEA regarding training registration and logistics.
Support EP trainers based in Zaventem with day-to-day training needs.
2. Administrative & Operational Support
Manage event-related invoices and ensure timely approvals.
Track training budgets and report on expenses.
Maintain and update the internal training calendar and contact lists.
3. Quality & Compliance
Collect and manage training evaluation forms.
Prepare training certificates for participants.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
Follow up on provider contracts and report speaker payments as required.
Your Profile
Experience in event or training coordination, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools for communication, reporting, and document management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Quick to learn new software tools and platforms.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
