We are looking for a passionate Digital Identity strategist to join our Workforce Identity team, helping clients solve their Identity & Access Management (IAM)-related challenges with a strategic, business-oriented mindset.
As an experienced Identity & Access Management functional analyst or ‘Strategist’, you help serve our clients, build our business, and guide our team members. Your main role is to help our clients in assessing and planning their digital identity journey. As no other, you understand the client’s business-related challenges that can be improved upon through digital identity. You can passionately explain the potential benefits, capture requirements, and translate them to solution teams. For example, you help clients by defining their vision, strategy, governance, and roadmap, based on known capabilities in workforce IAM. You build trust and engage actively with key client stakeholders, both at operational and executive level, for example through design workshops, inspiring customer journey descriptions, matching vendor demos, or sharing good experiences from your other work and clients.

- You are able to build a team around you and develop our talent, both through leading a project team and coaching other team members.
- You show an eagerness to keep learning new skills and building your knowledge.
- Desirable skills and demonstrable experience
- Strong functional analysis skills related to digital transformation including experience with:
- Organising and leading client workshops at senior and operational level
- Capturing client requirements, e.g., through captivating user journeys, and translating these to implementation teams
- Analysis and modelling methodologies such as BPMN or UML
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Solid experience in digital identity and related IAM capabilities such as identity management and governance, authorisation, authentication, and governance thereof, incl. knowledge of and experience with:
- Typical processes related to workforce IAM, such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver, role or access lifecycle management, and login journeys.
- Good practices for authorisation models, such as role-based or attribute-based access control (RBAC or ABAC) and modern alternatives such as policy-based access (PBAC).
- Designing and implementing identity visions, strategies, and roadmaps
- Devising IAM and security policies, target operating models, roles and responsibilities, including knowledge of related risk and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO27k, NIS2, etc.).
- Knowledge of the IAM vendor and solutions landscape at business level (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping/Forgerock)
- You are open to work in an international environment and to travel if needed;
- You have fluent language skills in Dutch and English
- You have experience in managing a team and/or coaching and guiding of others.
