Within our Compressor Technique Service (CTS) division, we are dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by optimizing logistics processes across our customer centers and newly integrated companies. As part of this mission, the Compressor Technique Logistics team is rolling out SAP S/4HANA with embedded warehouse and transport management across our global distribution centers. After successful go-lives in North America, Asia-Pacific, and Italy, we’re now preparing for the next exciting phases: India and our flagship service center in Antwerp.
Your role
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the ACDC template, our global standard for logistics processes. You will be maintaining, improving, and rolling it out in close collaboration with stakeholders. You’ll work hand-in-hand with business and technical teams to turn requirements into solutions. From writing functional specs and performing unit tests to developing test scenarios and managing cutovers, you’ll be involved in every step of the process.
You’ll also document key processes, create training materials, and empower key users through hands-on training. As a trusted partner, you’ll support system upgrades, act as a third-line contact for functional issues in order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay, and help implement operational changes that require system updates.

To succeed, you will need
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of FI impact on logistics processes in distribution centers
- Experience with FI integrations in SAP
- Familiarity with tools like Group Reporting, Esker, TRAX
- Understanding of group and legal reporting requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions
- Skilled in writing functional specifications
- Experienced in leading workshops
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Office tools
- Affinity for IT and new technologies
