Job Description:
we are looking for a Documentation & Learning Specialist to drive high-quality content, training delivery, and structured knowledge sharing. You’ll play a key role in creating, maintaining, and optimizing documentation and learning resources to ensure they’re accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Development & Maintenance
· Create and manage manuals, SOPs, user guides, templates, newsletters, and intranet content.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, document workflows, and capture best practices.
· Tailor content for diverse audiences and ensure consistency in style, formatting, and structure.
· Organize and maintain content across platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
· Regularly review and update content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
· Identify learning needs and develop relevant training materials.
· Deliver and facilitate training sessions, especially on SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
· Track training progress, maintain reports, and support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
· Ensure alignment with knowledge management policies and data security standards.
Requirements:
· Degree in Knowledge Management, Communications, Business, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience in documentation, training, or knowledge management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
· Skilled in developing and delivering training sessions.
· Excellent communication skills in English and French.
· Highly organized, autonomous, and collaborative
