From our central offices in Aalst/Hofstade, we are currently looking for an additional colleague Document Controller. Some of your main tasks include:
- Providing functional support to users (internal and external);
- Setting up project environments (digital platform) after consultation with relevant persons/services;
- Maintaining administrative procedures and manuals;
- Filing mails and documents;
- Reviewing official documents and consulting internally with relevant departments;
- Registering and sending out official documents to clients via transmittals;
- Communication and exchange of documents with clients through digital platforms such as Aconex, ThinkProject, ...
What do you need?
You have a Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent. You have initial relevant work experience (minimum 1 year) as a document controller or equivalent. You have good language skills (English-French), and good knowledge of the MS Office package (Word/Excel). We are looking for a true team player with a distinct fondness for document management and follow up in consultation with the project team and client. Someone who is communicative, enthusiastic and eager to learn (willing to take training in the various doc control platforms). You can handle some healthy stress and know how to set priorities. Furthermore, you are precise and have an eye for detail.
