This role is field-based covering our Benelux stores.
What we’re looking for:
- Numerate and analytical with an eye for detail.
- Articulate with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Discrete, professional with good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Exceptionally well-organized, and efficient with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience in retail with a solid understanding of best practices.
- Experience in leading teams through effective performance management.
- Ability to build strong teams through effective talent planning.
- Ability to travel by all travel means (car, bus, train and plane) based on business necessity.
- Good understanding of business trends and the current market.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
