Are you ready to discover the role of a Digital Workplace & Mobile IT Expert in Netcompany?
As a Digital Workplace & Mobile IT Expert you will:
- Install and configure hardware for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices
- Install and configure software components on PCs, Macs, and mobile devices
- Administer the local IT environment related to end-user devices (PCs and mobile devices)
- Contribute to the definition and documentation of device configurations
- Document operational support procedures
- Draft technical content for the knowledge base
- Ensure security administration and monitoring in line with central and local IT security policies, including antivirus protection
- Manage software assets and licenses
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- High level of autonomy and solid IT expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical analysis skills
- Proficiency in office automation tools, including MS Windows, macOS, MS Office, and productivity applications
- In-depth knowledge of Windows configuration utilities and Active Directory policy management
- Experience in scripting using PowerShell
- Ability to clearly document technical processes and solutions
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
