As a Workplace Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the digital workplace. This role involves providing technical support, managing endpoint devices, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing user productivity through consistent and secure IT service delivery. You will be the bridge between end users and the broader IT infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
🌟 You’re a matchSoft Skills• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks independently, also in stressful situations.• Comfortable in multicultural and dynamic environments.Knowledge and Experience• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.• 3–5 years in IT support or workplace engineering roles.• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Tanium, Intune, SCCM).• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for task automation.• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.• Fluent in French or Dutch, with English being mandatory.Must-Have Certifications• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 & MD-101)• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) – strongly recommended
