Digital Transformation Officer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Officer to join our team!

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Digital Strategy Implementation: You will advise internal stakeholders on the effective implementation of corporate digital strategies to optimize business outcomes. You will also monitor the progress of departmental digital initiatives and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Contribute to data consolidation and the drafting of reports related to digital transformation and strategic objectives. You will also improve adoption dashboards and stakeholder maps to better visualize engagement and identify areas for enhancement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: You will be managing the adoption journey for multiple stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed, engaged, and supported throughout the digital solution lifecycle. Also expected to address and resolve stakeholder concerns efficiently, promoting satisfaction and trust.
• Promotion and Communication: You will support the communication and promotion of the client's Digital strategy by creating impactful materials and organizing awareness-raising activities. You will implement communication campaigns to drive adoption from initial awareness through to active engagement.
• Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices: You will lead and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, encouraging collaboration and the dissemination of best practices across departments.
• Ad-hoc Activities and Support: Draft internal notes, analyze corporate performance results, and prepare key messages to support corporate guidance and service delivery.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Arts, Digital, Classics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy development and execution.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM solution.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) practices and associated digital tools.
• Experience with tools for data analysis, stakeholder mapping, and creation of adoption dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of digital communication approaches, including event management and visual storytelling strategies.
• Familiarity with collaborative software, including Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira), and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• A background in IT would be considered an asset.

• Strong organizational abilities, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent writing skills in both English and French.
