Job Description:
To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing & Communication Intern to join our team. If you are passionate about events ad communication and want to gain experience , this opportunity is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s digital communication: create visual and written content for LinkedIn.
- Regularly update and edit company websites (WordPress).
- Create high-quality visuals using Canva in line with brand identity.
- Contact potential sponsors and partners to present our events and collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up with sponsors and partners from first contact to partnership conclusion.
- Prospect new sponsors, partners, and visitors for our events.
- Update and manage client and prospect databases in our CRM.
- Create and send engaging email marketing campaigns.
- Support partners in organizing their events (online and onsite) and develop synergies with our initiatives.
Profile Sought:
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Native French speaker or C1 level French.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Dutch language skills are an asset.
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, CRM..
- Dynamic, autonomous, and eager to learn in a stimulating environment.
- Interest in cybersecurity, AI, or event management is a plus.
