As a Customs Administrator, you’re part of our Customs team. Your mission? Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so your team can focus on its core business. From managing the general order box to supporting the team with your admin skills. You will process original certificates and alert colleagues when they’re ready for pickup. Creating accurate transport orders and distributing incoming mail correctly? That’s your groove. You send out customer reports on schedule and follow up on statements. You double-check incoming invoices from the Chamber of Commerce, FAVV, and transport partners. And when litigation files need closing, you follow up fast and keep us on track.
