Mission of the Role

As Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Manager, your mission is to find the optimal balance between delivering value to the customer and generating impact for the business. The result? Delighted customers who get the most from their products and remain loyal because they’re genuinely satisfied.
You’ll be part of the Customer Value Proposition team, which is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining compelling product and service experiences. The team creates and develops features and products throughout the different customer journeys. The team consists of a CVP manager, Product managers, a Business Analyst and a Data & Insights expert. Together you create firework!
Your Responsibilities as a CVP Manager
- You take part in shaping new propositions, particularly in the areas of analyses, storytelling and positioning.
- You independently work out a marketing strategy and flesh out the positioning and more tactical aspects of the marketing plan.
- You are responsible for the entire process of segmentation, targeting and messaging
- You are the key SPOC between Product Management, Acquisition & Retention and Brand & Communication, and many other stakeholders of your projects.
- You initiate new roadmap items (adaptations of or creation of new products) together with the product manager and put them into the market”
- You continuously monitor the evolution in our market and at competitors. You adapt your plans and anticipate

The Ideal CVP Manager
- has at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, in Go To Market management, brand management or product management for example. So, you know exactly how to turn market trends and needs of (an untouched) target group into a value proposition.
- has an analytical mind. Interpreting data and insights is a part of this job
- your strengths include conceptual thinking and establishing scenarios, and you dare to take strategic decisions. You have no problem defending these decisions at various hierarchical levels within our organization.
- is valuedriven : more satisfied customers that is what you do it for. You effortlessly identify with a target group and understand their needs.
- knows how to establish and maintain a broad network as you will be the SPOC for many of the products & journeys of our CVP in the company
- speaks and writes Dutch or French, and English fluently.
