Your Responsibilities
- Student & Parent Support – Assist students and parents with inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Booking & Travel Coordination – Follow up on student bookings, handle flight proposals, and request school transfers.
- Document Processing – Check and manage student documents (visa procedures, liability waivers, passports, etc.).
- Payments & Invoicing – Request, process, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Case Management – Coordinate with EF schools worldwide to resolve student-related issues.
- Event Support – Attend events to promote EF, including fairs and high school visits.
- Administrative Tasks – Handle incoming calls, emails, and help manage the Help Desk.
- Fluent in English, all additional languages are a plus!
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in customer service, administration, education, or travel is a plus!
