Position Summary
To enhance our Customer Service team within the Operations department, we are currently seeking a temporary Customer Solutions Analyst. In this role, you will assist our customers in resolving their issues. You will engage with the entire business process, address concerns, and provide guidance for day-to-day operations.
Important: this is a temporary role starting from November 3rd for a duration of 6 months.
A day in the life of a Customer Solutions Analyst
- You are in charge of your own B2B customer portfolio, contacting and collaborating with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- As a Customer Solutions Analyst, you will manage orders in the Nestlé Waters business
- You provide responses and feedback for order-related concerns (deliveries, billing issues, etc.).
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills, as you will regularly interact with other departments within the Operations team (Logistics, Demand and Planning), the Center of Scale in Portugal, and Sales/Marketing.
- You continuously drive and encourage improvements while meeting internal and external KPIs.

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering, or have equivalent experience.
- You have a passion for building long-term relationships with customers based on trust.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch, with professional knowledge of English (daily contact with colleagues in Lisbon).
- You value efficiency, possess strong organizational skills, and have a proactive approach to work.
