Function
As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a key role in the daily management of customer orders and in ensuring the satisfaction of our key partners. You ensure close operational follow-up in collaboration with warehouses, transporters, internal teams, and customers.
Main responsibilities:
Together with your colleagues, you ensure timely order processing, minimize shortages, and follow the correct procedures for express deliveries, samples, and complaint handling.
You maintain close contact with our key accounts and distributors to ensure smooth and correct order processing. In the event of deviations or issues, you communicate proactively, both with customers and internally.
With your knowledge of internal procedures and transactions, you aim for an optimal level of service across departments.
You act as the point of contact for external warehouses and transporters, ensuring their operational follow-up.
You organize daily logistics to ensure all products are delivered at the right time and to the right location. In coordination with Supply Chain, you manage available stock across the entire network, including allocations and follow-up of product launches or phase-outs.
In case of delivery issues, you propose concrete solutions while also identifying root causes to implement structural improvements.
You actively contribute to the standardization, documentation, and implementation of processes, and support the training of your colleagues.
Thanks to your analyses, you enable preventive actions and help continuously optimize procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
You create or adjust customer master data and support your colleagues in its proper interpretation and use.
With your sharp analytical mind, you critically assess data, generate meaningful reports, and contribute to process automation.
You put the customer at the center of your priorities, provide appropriate answers to requests and complaints, propose concrete improvement actions, and ensure their implementation.
Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen interest and attention to detail
Strong administrative skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview
Stress-resistant, action-oriented, and with an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
Solid knowledge of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through relevant experience
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is recommended
SAP knowledge is a must
Knowledge of an EWMS system is a plus
