Your tasks and responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests from customers / network colleagues
- Reviews and ensures achievement of customer specific KPI’s and service agreements
- Maintain communication with internal/external/third parties to meet customer expectations
- Develop sustainable relationship with customer
- Analyzes root cause of escalations and where required implement corrective actions
- Provide proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in service
- Handles escalations or escalates further, if required
- Develop sustainable relationship with team leader, manager, and senior management
Your profile
- Excellent understanding of customer needs
- Fluent in English communication (verbal/written)
- Commercial attitude
- Good knowledge of customer service processes and system
- Good knowledge of forwarding business, DGF Ocean Freight product, GDP, Thermonet, Lifeconex, Medical Devices
- Applies and knows the legal and regulatory requirements related to export, import, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products
