Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate execution of internal administrative processes, strictly following established procedures, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to guarantee smooth, efficient processing of customer requests.
- Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Identify customer-specific needs and offer tailored solutions through attentive, proactive communication.
- Maintain and update customer information in management tools with precision, while fully respecting confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Participate in service optimization by analyzing customer satisfaction indicators and contributing constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities for complementary services and guide customers toward the appropriate internal contacts.
Profile Sought
- Excellent spoken and written communication in French and Dutch; English proficiency is a valuable asset.
- Strong command of digital tools, particularly Microsoft 365; prior experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Effective communicator with strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Rigorous, autonomous, patient, and a reliable team player.
- A CESS-level diploma is appreciated, but motivation, commitment, and proven soft and technical skills are most important.
