To help drive this growth, we’re looking for a friendly and motivated colleague to join us as a Client Services Manager.
Your Role
We're looking for a Client Services Manager for several large accounts, with a specific focus on digital signage installations in the Benelux.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure your clients receive a high-quality digital installation on time.
You’ll also build strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact for digital signage projects, prepare quotes, present our services, drive upselling opportunities, and manage client budgets.
You will report directly to the General Manager of Pixel Inspiration Benelux.
Who are you?
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
Ability to identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations
Enthusiastic about technology and its importance in the retail industry
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiar with various workflow systems (e.g., for invoicing or planning)
Highly organized and capable of managing your own priorities
Able to meet deadlines and provide regular (daily/weekly) reporting to management
Friendly and open personality, adaptable to various environments
Quick learner
Flexible and willing to travel a few times a year
At least 2–3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, and/or digital project management
