What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Director, Supply Chain you will have the opportunity to:
- Own DP Logility optimizations, statistical modeling, and related training needs.
- Maintain documentation (SOPs/WIs) and manage digital transformation initiatives, including BRDs, validations, and rollout.
- Develop and deliver training, leading change management for new processes and tools.
- Monitor process adherence via audits and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead SME development and scenario modeling for demand changes.
- Collaborate with Regional Planning to improve short-term execution through demand sensing and analysis.
- Optimize processes across demand forecast, sales in/out, POS/CPFR, statistical/value-added optimization, DRM, demand sensing, sales history cleanup, NPD, discontinuations, MTO management, external STP/OTIF, and planning scope tables.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Demonstrated solid experience in Supply Chain, Analytics or Strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration, inventory management, and regional business knowledge.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects; Agile or Program Management preferred.
- Expertise in demand sensing, scenario planning, and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Customer-focused with strong supply chain process, data, and analytics expertise.
- Innovative mindset with start-up adaptability and awareness of trends in business and innovation.
- Analytical thinking to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
