We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform Expertise) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Collection, analysis and documentation of Business Requirements and existing MS Excel-based processes;
- Design, develop and support Power Apps applications and/or advanced Excel sheets (ideally with automation);
- Business model and process analysis;
- Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers;
- Documentation of business processes and end-user training material;
- Management and content creation of local knowledge base (SharePoint intranet);
- Change management for the end users.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Excel (advanced level), especially design and development of Power Apps applications or advanced Excel sheets (with macro/automation);
- Good knowledge of wikis and collaborative sites such as SharePoint Online;
- Good knowledge of database design and querying (SQL);
- Good knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, videos…) as well as ability to present/demo solutions to end users and train them;
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management;
- Good knowledge of UML;
- Knowledge of BPM, ARIS, Visio and JIRA;
- Excellent command of the English and French language.
