- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST with at least Employee
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business analyst related to HR
- An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French
- Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
- Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
- Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders
- Experience with process design
- User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
