What will you be doing in this role?
- Analyze, evaluate, and document business processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze business data to support decision-making.
- Assist in developing Business Cases, Project Charters, Security Plans, and risk analyses.
- Collaborate with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.
- Prepare for business meetings, including notes and follow-ups.
- Write and update test plans, and test team developments to ensure requirements match deliverables.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Master's degree with minimum of 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 13 years of relevant experience), including at least 5 years of relevant Business Analyst professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with BPMN, ARIS Architect or another modeller.
- At least 2 years of experience with UML.
- At least 2 years of experience with Visio and Jira.
- At least 1 year documenting business requirements - software features using user stories.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology (special mention to defining user stories).
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to perform UAT testing.
