What You’ll Do
- Dive into business needs and turn them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Help test and roll out AI-powered tools that make work smarter and more human.
- Support pilot projects in our Innovation Lab—where we experiment with new tech before it goes big.
- Document and improve HR and employee-facing processes.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and legal teams to align tech with business and compliance needs.
- Create user stories, process flows, and training materials that make change easy and exciting.
- Translate complex data into stories that help stakeholders make smart decisions.
- Contribute to governance frameworks that ensure responsible and secure use of AI.
Perfect for You If You’re…
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or tech-savvy roles.
- Familiar with tools like Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Oracle HCM, or eager to learn them.
- A strong communicator who loves solving problems and making things better.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) or curious to learn how they work.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
