Role Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen their digital and business transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you will analyze requirements, design processes, and help deliver solutions that are aligned with strategy, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, facilitate workshops, and play an active role in change management and solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document requirements. Model processes (BPMN, UML, etc.), identify improvements, and assess the impact of changes across departments.
Solution Design & Delivery: Translate requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with IT teams to design solutions, and support testing, training, and go-live activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, organize workshops, and ensure alignment of expectations.
Governance & Improvement: Document deliverables, report on progress, and suggest improvements to business and IT processes. Contribute to transformation programs such as ERP, CRM, or supply chain optimization.
Profile & Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Experience with change management and workshop facilitation.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM or supply chain/logistics projects is an asset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, analytical, and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Languages: English (mandatory) + French or Dutch (at least one required, with good knowledge of the other).
