If you're fluent in English, skilled in Excel, and excited about the intersection of data and hospitality, this internship is your gateway to real-world impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze Voice of Guest data (surveys & online reviews) to uncover trends and pinpoint improvement areas.
- Visualize performance using tools like Excel & PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in onboarding hotels onto brand audit & guest experience platforms.
- Track and report monthly Quality KPIs and year-end achievements.
- Collaborate across teams to boost brand equity and optimize operations.
