At Frites Atelier, we’re looking for a driven Atelier Manager to lead our location in Ghent. You’ll be part of a team serving the best Frites in the world, crafted by three-Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman. As Atelier Manager, you’ll take ownership of the daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. You will report to the Operational Manager Belgium, who oversees all three Belgian locations: Antwerp, Brussels, and Ghent.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Lead daily operations of the Atelier in close collaboration with the Assistant Atelier Manager, bringing structure, energy,and precision
- Plan and organize short- and long-term goals to keep the team aligned and proactive
- Guide your team in executing tasks, setting a strong example across all areas of the Atelier
- Bewaakt kwaliteit en uitvoering, stuurt bij waar nodig om uitmuntendheid te behouden
- Observe and assess team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Report and document progress regularly to keep the team focused and informed
- Ervoor zorgen dat het Atelier de hoge standaarden van Frites Atelier Amsterdam weerspiegelt; hoog kwaliteit eten, gastvrijheid en netheid.
