About the Role
As Visual Merchandiser for Benelux, you’ll lead the execution and training of VM strategies across the cluster to ensure consistent, high-quality brand presentation that elevates the consumer experience across all channels.
You’ll bring global brand and BX (Brand Experience) strategies to life through locally relevant, compelling execution, enhancing both brand equity and sell-out performance. Working closely with store and field teams, you’ll drive consistent delivery of the Levi’s brand experience through clear training, guidance, and hands-on support.
Using the seasonal GPS, you’ll help create engaging storytelling and styling-led presentations, delivering the tools, content, and direction needed to support cluster priorities, including wardrobing, customisation, GTM moments, and flagship initiatives.
You’ll champion global standards and processes across our owned & operated, franchise, and select wholesale doors, ensuring flawless, on-brand execution. By equipping DMs, store teams, and partners with the right training and tools, you’ll help shape a distinctive and elevated Levi’s DTC experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead VM training and capability building across the region to ensure consistent, on-brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
Deliver seasonal VM materials aligned with global guidelines, adapting content for local market needs and priorities.
Partner with Field DMs, store teams, and franchisees to drive flawless execution of VM standards, including store openings, refreshes, and key product stories.
Collaborate with Cluster BX and Merch teams to align VM with seasonal storytelling, supporting GTM planning and executional calendars.
Conduct regular store visits to coach teams, assess VM execution, and provide actionable feedback.
Manage timely delivery of visual directives and maintain the country VM calendar in partnership with key stakeholders.
About You
6+ years of retail experience, with a strong focus on Visual Merchandising and in-store execution.
Proven ability to lead through strategic VM execution, team training, and capability building across markets.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills - able to manage multiple priorities and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights and retail KPIs into actionable VM strategies.
Confident influencing and partnering cross-functionally, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
