Job description
The Technical Training Student will support the Technical Training Department by assisting with course coordination and database management.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a relevant field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and database management.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools and ability to learn new systems quickly. (MS package, Access, LMS)
- Proactivity: Initiative to solve problems and improve department efficiency.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
