Summary
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, including integrations, data migration, custom extensions, and reporting. This role ensures technical design quality, team coordination, and delivery excellence across Oracle PaaS and SaaS components.
Key responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define technical architecture for integrations, conversions, and reporting using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and FBDI
- Ensure designs are secure, scalable, and compliant with Oracle best practices
Technical Delivery Oversight
- Lead and guide development teams for OIC-based integrations, VBCS extensions, APEX apps, and custom reporting
- Own end-to-end technical deliverables across multiple Oracle SaaS modules
Integration Management
- Design and manage real-time and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, ERP adapters
- Coordinate interface testing, monitoring, and error handling frameworks
Data Conversion & Migration
- Provide direction for FBDI/ADFdi-based conversions and validation strategies
- Coordinate cutover strategy and legacy-to-cloud data migration plan
Code Review & Quality Assurance
- Conduct reviews of scripts, XSLT mappings, VBCS extensions, PL/SQL components •
- Enforce best practices in code versioning, deployment, and documentation
Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain technical specifications, solution design documents, and deployment guides
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead onshore/onshore development teams, ensuring deliverables are aligned and dependencies resolved
- Collaborate closely with functional, DBA, and infrastructure teams
