UCB Brussels is seeking an Early Careers Talent Advisor to join their team via Randstad Sourceright.

We are looking for an Early Careers Talent Advisor to support our client, UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on groundbreaking treatments for patients with auto-immune, neurological, and rare diseases. As part of an international team in Brussels, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting top young talent for UCB’s Early Careers programs across Europe.


The role requires one day a week onsite in Brussels and one day in Braine-L'Alleud, with the rest of the work done remotely.


What you will do:

  • Manage the recruitment process for UCB's Graduate Development Programs, including job postings, sourcing strategy, candidate interviews, and candidate offering.
  • You’ll ensure the recruitment processes are effective and aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) goals.
  • Lead recruitment events, working with UCB’s university partners to boost brand recognition and attract top early-career talent, serving as the main point of contact for job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Work closely with the Employer Brand and Communications team to design and execute attraction campaigns targeting early talent, leveraging digital and social platforms.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for UCB’s Graduate Development Program and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and drive process improvements to enhance UCB’s university recruitment strategies and attract the best talent.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Early Careers as an asset, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Great experience managing university relations and campus recruitment events.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment events and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams, hiring managers, and university partners while ensuring an inclusive and equitable recruitment process.
  • Willingness to work up to 4 weekend days per year for recruitment events.
