Description
Talent & Development Specialist
As a Talent & Development Specialist, you will help shape a future-oriented learning policy within ECS. You will develop and implement initiatives around onboarding, learning & development, working closely with HR Business Partners and the business. You combine strategic insight with a practical approach, ensuring that projects and processes are rolled out smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you possess strong commercial skills, which you apply in negotiations with external recruitment and selection partners.
- Learning & Development – Strategic
o You work closely with HR Business Partners to identify training needs from the business and translate them into a concrete training offering.
o You are administratively strong and manage all training-related administration, such as subsidy applications, training agreements, and training certificates.
o Strategic Talent Acquisition.
- Learning & Development – Operational
o You are a true doer and get energy from planning and organizing internal and external training sessions.
o You handle training requests from the business and monitor the associated budgets.
o You evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Strategic Talent Acquisitoin
o You are the point of contact for negotiations with recruitment and selection agencies. Thanks to your persuasive power and commercial flair, you build sustainable and cost-efficient partnerships.
o You enthusiastically represent ECS at schools, internship coordinators, and external partners, successfully attracting new talent
- Operational Recruitment Tasks
o You contribute ideas to optimize the recruitment process and the use of the ATS system.
o You organize trial days and assessment centers for employees in a trial period.
- Learning & Development - Operational
o Planning and organising training sessions (internal/external): venues, catering, materials.
o Follow up training requests and budgets.
o Collect evaluations and report on training effectiveness.
Profile
Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, psychology, pedagogy or similar.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in an HR role with both administrative and substantive tasks.
- Experience with recruitment, internship supervision and/or training planning is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as ATS, LMS is a plus.
