We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Support Business Coordination to join our team in Luxembourg Office.
Main ResponsibilitiesBackground
The Business Coordination Service (BCS) within the Network Mager has been created to provide several types of support functions. The consultant is expected to
- Support the project related to the creation of new templates for EUROCONTROL products and services developed within the Network Management Directorate;
- Assist in monitoring the approval and implementation of the new templates, in particular by interacting with the product or service owner, the legal service and the financial team;
- Assist, as required, in the drafting of replies to users of the products and services;
- Support the BCS’s team for all efforts related to management of agreements.
DESIRED PROFILE
EUROCONTROL requires 1 full-time assistant to assist the BCS team.
Educational requirements
Mandatory:
University degree in law.
Language Requirements:
Mandatory
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Working knowledge of French.
Technical/professional qualification
Mandatory:
Ability to work on collaborative platform such as SharePoint; Teams and One Drive.
Desirable:
At least one year of knowledge of knowledge of FEAST, the FEAST test system and the related FEAST software platform will be considered an advantage
Experience/skills required
Mandatory:
- At least two years of working experience providing legal advice, preferably in the aviation sector.
- Relevant experience in contract drafting especially licences, services and training agreements.
- Good knowledge of competition law principles.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a European Union or international environment and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- An understanding of EUROCONTROL’s products and services.
