Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to join our local team and support the Service and Parts Manager in daily operations. Your job will be split between receiving deliveries from the factory and preparing and dispatching orders to our dealers. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and that our customers receive excellent service.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries from Maschio Gaspardo factories (Italy, Romania).
- Check quantities, references, and condition of goods.
- Report any missing or damaged parts.
- Store parts properly in the warehouse according to internal procedures.
- Update inventory records in the system.
- Preparing and Shipping Dealer Orders
- Process incoming orders from the dealer network.
- Print picking lists, locate and pick the correct parts.
- Pack orders carefully to avoid any damage during shipping.
- Label and dispatch the parcels.
- Track shipments and confirm deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the forklift.
- Answer dealer inquiries regarding stock and delivery.
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet dealer needs.
- Occasionally attend product training or assist at events.
Candidate Profile
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
- Good knowledge of computers and warehouse systems (Excel, ERP, email, etc.). -
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or spare parts is a strong asset.
- Interested in agricultural machinery or mechanical products.
- Reliable, organized, precise, and efficient.
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
