Working in facility management, you have a supporting role and work across the various domains and departments of Jan De Nul Group. Your tasks:
- As project manager soft facility, you are responsible for the overall coordination of Soft Services of the company's office buildings, residences, car parks and grounds.
- In doing so, you report directly to the Head of Facilities Management.
- With your organisational talent, you manage and organise cleaning of all the company's facilities. You schedule cleaning services at the right times and closely monitor the works.
- You are responsible for running the cafeteria and catering in the meeting rooms.
- You keep your colleagues informed of the status of the works.
- You actively look for new partners who can support us with cleaning, catering, parking management, etc.
- You are responsible for contract negotiations with suppliers.
- You manage the budget, prepare the monthly activity report and respect the financial targets that have been set.
- You actively think about improvements within the service.
Your profile
You have a bachelor's degree or proven experience in facility management Soft Services.
You are a real team player, communicate fluently with employees and know how to motivate a team to achieve excellent results.
You may have experience in the hospitality and/or facility sector.
Organisational skills to work out the schedule and follow it closely.
Good oral and written knowledge of Dutch and French.
You have a solution-oriented attitude.
You live and work in Belgium from our head office in Aalst. Visits to other sites are also part of your responsibilities.
