Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Social Media Team Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our influencer engagement efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, social media and influencer experts, and external stakeholders to ensure that influencer activities are aligned with the organization’s communication strategy, brand identity, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Coordination:
· Oversee and coordinate the work of dedicated social media and influencer experts to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
· Strategic Alignment:
· Ensure that all influencer-related initiatives align with the organization’s communication strategy, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
· Contract Management:
· Support the drafting, review, and monitoring of influencer contracts to ensure legal and procedural compliance.
· Campaign Advisory:
· Provide expert advice on influencer selection and campaign design to maximize strategic impact and audience relevance.
· Content Oversight:
· Monitor the quality, timeliness, and compliance of influencer deliverables, including the review and approval of content prior to publication.
· Stakeholder Liaison:
· Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, influencer experts, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
· Reporting & Evaluation:
· Provide regular updates on progress, and deliver a final assessment report detailing campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations.
· Additional Tasks:
· Perform other influencer- and social media-related tasks as assigned by the hierarchy, in line with the candidate’s area of expertise.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or digital communications.
· Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement.
· Familiarity with influencer contracts and campaign compliance practices.
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
· Attention to detail, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in a communications or marketing role within an international or nonprofit organization.
· Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing.
· Multilingual capabilities are an asset.
