Role: Social Media Manager
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of social media strategies across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create engaging content, manage online communities, and deliver measurable impact through data-driven campaigns.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with internal teams (web, audiovisual) to design and implement social media strategies.
Manage online communities and actively participate in conversations with users.
Interact with audiences to address questions and suggestions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content and escalate to stakeholders when necessary.
Develop and execute measurement strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
Work with influencers and content creators to expand brand presence.
Define short-term and long-term KPIs for social media campaigns and advertising.
Set up, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
Analyze social data with analytics tools to uncover actionable insights for strategy refinement.
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on social behavior, campaign performance, and opportunities.
Monitor performance and analyze trends in relevant content and activity.
Evaluate the impact and outcomes of initiatives and testing.
Your Profile
Technical Skills
Proven ability to research and create content independently with excellent writing skills.
Strong experience in translating complex or policy-heavy language into clear, engaging content.
Creativity backed by evidence of original strategies and content developed.
Knowledge of risk identification and opportunity spotting in user-generated content.
Experience with social analytics tools and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite or similar advertising platforms.
Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and present actionable insights.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
Languages
English: C1 (understanding, speaking, writing).
French: B2 (understanding, speaking, writing).
