Your mission:
As a Senior Project Leader at bpost, you will be part of the Project Management Infrastructure team. Your main mission is to manage infrastructure projects (construction, renovation, extension, layout). Some projects are large, specific projects worth several million euros, while others are smaller technical projects to be implemented on the ground. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of needs and designing preliminary sketches.
- Developing detailed technical specifications and feasibility studies.
- Planning and organizing the execution of all project steps.
- Launching calls for tenders and justifying market awards.
- Monitoring the site and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Preparing progress reports and critically evaluating project results.
- Ensuring the quality of project parameters and regular reporting.
Your profile:

- Degree in architecture or civil engineering with experience in managing large infrastructure projects.

Team player who shares experience and collaborates easily.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
- Experience with large companies and knowledge of processes is a plus.
