We are Loop
Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named ‘The Best Earplugs for Concerts’ by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte’s Fast 50 Belgium twice.
But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we’re constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.
Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you’ll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.
Shape the sensory identity of a product millions wear every day
This role puts you at the core of how Loop looks and feels in the world. As our Senior CMF Designer, you’ll work end-to-end — from first sketch to factory floor — with full ownership over materials, colors, and finishes across every product line. You’ll move between limited-edition drops, core collections, and all-new product categories, shaping tactile, emotional experiences at scale. If you’ve been searching for creative freedom, fast decisions, and a seat at the table in a high-growth brand — this is that role.
Senior CMF Designer — Own the look, feel, and finish of a brand loved by millions
You’ll bring strategic vision and sharp execution to how Loop products feel in people’s hands — and how they make people feel. Your core focus will be translating user insights and market trends into tactile design decisions across our full product range. From the first concept sketch to the final hand-off to production, you’ll ensure that our products not only work beautifully but also feel beautiful. You’ll collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers to protect design intent across timelines and suppliers — while making sure everything stays scalable as the brand expands.
Your other responsibilities:
-
Translate CMF trends into tangible design directions and product executions across seasonal and core product lines
-
Develop and maintain CMF guidelines and physical samples for internal and external partners
-
Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility of designs through to production
-
Create mockups, renders, and prototypes to visualise design intent clearly
-
Lead user and market research to guide CMF decisions and test direction
How you’ll succeed as a Senior CMF Designer
This job is about more than aesthetic taste — it’s about system thinking. To succeed here, you’ll need a sharp eye for detail, a high comfort level with feedback, and a practical mindset when working with constraints. You should enjoy diving deep into materials, colour theory, and production techniques — while staying grounded in what makes a design feel right. You’ll work cross-functionally, so clear communication and ownership are key. Your ability to link product emotion to commercial reality is what will set you apart.
These key competences will set you up for success:
-
5+ years of experience in CMF design, ideally within wearables or consumer electronics; adjacent industries like automotive, accessories or softgoods are also relevant
-
Strong portfolio showing ownership from concept through to production
-
Solid command of KeyShot and Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino or SolidWorks experience is a plus
-
Deep understanding of surface finishes, materials, and manufacturing processes
-
Proven ability to create clear, scalable CMF documentation and collaborate with global suppliers
