Introduction

Are you passionate about cars, innovation, and sustainable mobility? BYD is looking for a Sales Advisor for our showroom in Antwerp. In this role, you are the key point of contact for our customers and guide them through the entire purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new customers and commercial opportunities
  • Inform and advise potential buyers with a personal approach, focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Organize and supervise test drives
  • Follow up with interested customers and build strong relationships
  • Represent BYD as a brand ambassador in the showroom, at events, and on social media
  • Prepare vehicle deliveries and assist with handovers in collaboration with the product engineer
  • Accurately handle administrative tasks related to the sales process

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in the automotive sector, especially electric vehicles
  • Results-driven, motivated, and always looking for new commercial opportunities
  • You love a personal approach to customer service and are a natural advisor
  • Experience in sales is a strong asset
  • You present yourself in a polished and professional manner
  • Hands-on, stress-resistant, and good at setting priorities
  • Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English, and basic knowledge of French

5. Contract
