Our Reward Team helps clients navigate the total reward landscape in a tailor-made and result-oriented way. From developing rewards strategy to implementing innovative solutions such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive. They bring together the right mix of expertise—covering everything from reward, tax & legal, employee communication, to tech and process.
Role Summary:
As a Rewards Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' rewards and compensation & benefits strategies. You will leverage your analytical skills and statistical expertise to provide insights and solutions that drive pay transparency and equity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of reward systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reward & compensation analyses using statistical methods and regression models.
- Pivotal member of our pay equity & transparency team (see more information: Pay Transparency and Pay Equity)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pay equity & transparency initiatives.
- Utilise R and Python for data analysis and visualisation to support reward strategies.
- Assist in the development of tailored reward programs that align with organisational goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of innovative solutions such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- At least 1 – 3 years (junior profile) or 4 - 6 years (senior profile) of experience in data analytics.
- Experience in applying statistical techniques
- Experience working with R, Python and Power BI.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably one additional language (Dutch or French).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis, market benchmarking tools, benefits management systems, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and data visualisation tools. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, provide high-impact solutions, and effectively manage projects to successful completion.
