Your Role
As a Functional Analyst, you play a crucial role in connecting stakeholders, developers, and testers. You understand, simplify, and document business processes to enable smooth and effective IT implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Organize workshops and conduct interviews to gather and clarify requirements
- Follow up on implementations and support testing activities
- Ensure functional quality and alignment between IT solutions and business goals
- Provide advice on improvements in user-friendliness and system efficiency
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Team player with a structured and methodical approach
- Comfortable working with both IT systems and business processes
- Experience with tools such as Office 365, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset
