As a Salesforce Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of our rapidly growing Salesforce solutions. You ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning the solution perfectly with the customer’s needs. You’ll manage multiple projects and clients at once — no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
From day one, you’ll receive hands-on training tailored by our leading Salesforce experts. After onboarding, you’ll take full ownership of your projects and be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
- Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Guiding functional consultants and technical teams
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and managing expectations
- Identifying and mitigating risks early on
- Organizing and facilitating workshops and project meetings
- Ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards
- Supporting clients through change management processes
- Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Profile
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager in Salesforce environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Administrator certified or higher)
- Structured, results-oriented approach to project delivery
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Driving license (Category B)
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Fluent in French
- Analytical mindset with an affinity for IT and digital tools
- Commercial awareness: ability to spot new business opportunities
- Experience in cross-functional teams
