We are looking for a real estate project manager for the Eco-quartier Rives Ardentes project in Liège.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising the technical and financial feasibility of one or more projects for residential and tertiary buildings.
- Coordinating architects and technical engineering firms.
- Supervising the urban planning permit application and liaising with the authorities until the permit is obtained.
- Ensuring the financial follow-up of the project.
- Monitoring the execution of the works.
- Coordinating the companies and various professionals involved in the construction.
- Customer relations, follow-up of buyers.
What you need:
- A degree in civil or industrial engineering in construction.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are a decisive, results-oriented person with good analytical skills.
- You have a good knowledge of legal and tax legislation relating to real estate.
- You have a strong commercial attitude and are independent.
- Knowledge of French is essential.
