As Technical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex technical implementations and migrations. From kick-off to go-live, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring projects stay on track, meet requirements, and deliver real business value.
You will be part of our Solutions & Services team, which focuses on delivering projects related to API integrations, ERP/CRM connectors, AML/KYC/CFT solutions, and managed service engagements.
What are you going to do?
Lead end-to-end technical projects with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions;
Serve as the key point of contact for clients on project scope, budget, planning, and challenges;
Work with internal stakeholders to estimate efforts and define project roadmaps;
Translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure successful delivery;
Coordinate cross-functional teams and align internal and external resources;
Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, timelines, and deliverables;
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through strong communication and consultative support.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies;
Practical experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar);
Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders;
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (spoken and written);
Skilled in preparing and presenting progress reports to management;
Demonstrated experience in AML-KYC / compliance processes, including policies, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills
High level of flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments;
Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure;
Able to work both independently and as part of a team on complex issues.
Nice to Have
Experience with data management tools and techniques, including;
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, and SQL Server Management Studio;
Development experience, preferably in the areas of;
Web technologies;
Cloud platforms;
Service integration / DaaS (Data as a Service).
