WeAreOneWorld, the organization behind Tomorrowland, has an ambitious growth strategy focused on further expanding and deepening the Tomorrowland brand.
We do this by growing existing activities such as Festivals & Events, Fashion, Music, and more, as well as by launching new initiatives — both domestically and internationally.
Within our Festivals & Events, CORE plays an important role as a progressive sub-brand of Tomorrowland. CORE is known for its innovative approach and iconic stage, which originated in the forests of Tomorrowland. Today, this unique stage travels the world as a full-fledged festival concept, bringing the magical CORE experience to international locations.
CORE is a young and dynamic brand with great growth potential. To further develop this project, we are looking for a Production Coordinator. As Production Coordinator, you are the link between internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in realizing the CORE festivals worldwide.
Responsibilities
You manage and follow up on the full production planning and corresponding budget, in close collaboration with our local partners.
You take the lead in planning, procurement, and follow-up with our European suppliers.
You coordinate the logistics of containers and crew, ensuring smooth operations.
You monitor audience flows and capacities and follow up on risk analyses.
You are responsible for the follow-up of site plans and technical drawings, ensuring an optimal user experience on-site.
You are involved in the development of new CORE stages in close collaboration with the stage development team.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in production or event management, with strong organizational and technical insight, and hold a bachelor’s degree.
You are a natural planner, maintain oversight, and enjoy structured preparation.
You work well with various teams (technical, creative, financial) and communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
You handle stress and changing circumstances well.
You are flexible and willing to travel. Depending on the number of festivals per year, you will travel one or more times per festival for pre-production. For the build-up and breakdown of a festival, you are on-site for an average of up to 14 days.
Knowledge of technical drawing programs, Excel, and project management tools is a plus.
We offer
You will join a dynamic company where there is room for your own ideas, initiative, and creativity. Our company never stands still — innovation, trendsetting, growth, and responding to the consumer are key.
