Are you ready to shape the future of contract lifecycle management and maximize customer value? As a Product Owner, you’ll play a critical role in defining, developing, and prioritizing the squad backlog to support your tribe in achieving its strategic objectives. You will ensure strong alignment between product development, service delivery, and the commercial model—always focused on the customer’s needs.
Your Mission
In this role, you will lead an agile squad focused on developing tools and processes for contract negotiation and management within a new IT stack. You report to the Tribe Lead and actively contribute to the performance of high-performing squads.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Lifecycle Management
- Design and implement end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management, from creation to signature
- Develop a hierarchical structure for contracts and customer relationships
- Establish a framework for contract governance and maintenance throughout the Opportunity-to-Contract process
- Maintain a centralized, up-to-date archive of customer contracts and addenda
- Define tools and processes for accurate and efficient quote generation
- Prioritize customer value, growth, and service within enterprise-grade solutions
Vision & Prioritization
- Define a clear product vision in alignment with tribe leads and fellow Product Owners
- Identify and shape a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with an awareness of resource constraints
- Maximize product value through iterative development and release cycles
- Uphold quality standards using defined acceptance criteria
- Identify and manage risks and compliance requirements
Backlog & Squad Management
- Define squad goals and priorities in alignment with business objectives
- Build and maintain a well-structured backlog with clearly prioritized user stories
- Facilitate squad meetings and promote a shared product vision
- Collaborate with other squads and tribes to eliminate silos
- Empower the squad through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Maintain alignment with chapter leads, agile coaches, and scrum masters
- Foster a culture of trust, learning, and experimentation
- Identify the necessary skills and competencies for a high-performing team
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously improve based on feedback from the sales team
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align expectations and track progress
- Detect risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation plans
- Participate in production support meetings
- Encourage customer adoption and improve the overall user experience

- Familiarity with B2B telecom products (mobile and fixed)
- Collaboration with Product Management for value- and ROI-driven backlog management
- Proficient in prioritization methods and roadmap planning
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (user stories, sprint planning)
- Ability to work closely with architects and UX/UI designers
- Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework (e.g., PI planning, compliance)
- Experience with cloud-based Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions
